Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB)

To help bridge the digital divide, a coalition of Arizona government, education and nonprofit organizations is requesting your assistance to implement a statewide initiative to get eligible low-income households registered for the EBB Emergency Broadband Program and their Lifeline Program. As of May 12, 2021, eligible households will be able to enroll in the EBB program to receive a monthly discount off the cost of broadband service from an approved provider. Eligible households can enroll through an approved provider or by visiting https://getemergencybroadband.org.

An EBB Program toolkit was developed to share with your networks, school districts, education leaders, nonprofits, community organizations and others. The toolkit is housed on the Connect Arizona website, which also provides resources and guidance for individuals needing virtual learning opportunities for students, access to free WIFI hotspots and digital tech support.
